How does one confirm a reservation?
The general sale conditions apply to all services sold by phone, fax, letter or email. All reservations must be done in advance by phone, fax, letter or email. The fact that you give your credit card number means that you accept the sale conditions of the hotel.
Do you ask for a deposit?
Reservations are closed once you have given your bank card details (with start date and the 3 last numbers at the back of the card). All reservations must be confirmed in writing : letter, email or fax. We will only take money from the card if there is a cancellation or if the general sale conditions are not adhered to. We ask for a deposit for any stay over 5 nights, we will take 50 % of the final amount of the stay or a cheque (at your convenience).
At what time can we arrive and what time must we leave?
Rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by midday at the latest the next day. We will do all we can to make your room available as quickly as possible. All reservations are held until 6pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive later than this.
I must cancel my reservation, what will happen?
Our cancellation policy is 48h before your arrival date without charge. Cancellations after this time will lead to a payment representing:
- from 24 h to 48 hours : 1 night’s stay 
- Under 24 hours: 100 % of the cost of the stay
Cancellations must be given in writing: letter, fax, email.
