The Ô Gayot* cake

*“Ô Gayot” is a pastry specialty created by Franck Quinton. It is made with woodland specialties (mushrooms) and country specialties (fruits and flavors) characteristic of Normandy; all raised from the pommel. It was designed as a travel treat so it can be taken home and kept for a few days!
