Welcome to our delicatessen, regional produce shop in Bagnoles-de-l'Orne

Carefully selected by our Michelin-starred chef Franck Quinton from the Manoir du Lys, the produce of our delicatessen gives priode of place to the Normandy that we love and that we are happy to share with you ... Alongside our typical Norman cheeses such as Livarot , Pont-L'Evêque, Camembert ... you will come across ciders, papple liqueur, Calvados, milk jams as well as chitterling sausage or terrine and other spices from elsewhere!

Fabienne, who worked at the Manoir du Lys as a wine butler, will be happy to share our regional specialties with you, our "home-made know-how" and the work of local producers with whom we regularly collaborate.

Here you will find the dishes that please your taste buds in our restaurant and with which you can leave with the dish of the day or order dishes to choose from the outside catering menu prepared by the chef Franck Langlois for any occasion (a cocktail, a reception. ..).

And to accompany your dishes, Yvon Lebailly - head sommelier of the Manoir du Lys, proposes his selection of wines and invites you to participate at our wine fair in October.

Yvon and Fabienne propose a large quantity of wines from all regions: organic, sustainable agriculture, known and recognized winemakers such as the Domaine De Villaine in Burgundy or the Domaine Dureuil-Janthial, François Chidaine in the Loire Valley or Domaine Vacheron, the Yves Cuilleron House in the Rhône Valley or the Charvin Domain ...

Franck QUINTON has created long-life preserving jars: ‘à la bonne Franckette’.

In the mushroom season

In the mushroom season: chanterelles, ceps, girolles are on sale at the shop.
All year long our dried mushrooms are available: chanterelles, ceps, death trumpets, morels.

A selection of whiskies

A selection of blended, single malt, bourbon, japanese and also French whiskies. Fruity, peaty, woody, malty, vegetal or organic.
To each his style ... to each his aroma!

Petrossian Caviar

In the shop you can find Petrossian Caviar all year round. We propose only Ossietra Caviar, a medium-sized black caviar with diffuse flavors with notes of butter, hazelnut, iodine, dried fruits ...
To order we can also propose Caviar Daurenki, Baïka, Alverta and Beluga.
